I am in the same boat as the others who are unable to print as I have not received ink since my first shipment. I have been invoiced each billing cycle for a total page count below the 50 pages in my plan and now I am out of ink and there has not been any shipped from HP. HP billed me for the the 13 pages i printed YESTERDAY WHEN I RAN OUT OF INK IN BOTH CARTRIGES yet HP HAS NOT SHIPPED INK AS PROMISED! I feel this is FRAUD perpetrated on us by HP. I dont know what else it could be called. I feel ripped off. Really **bleep** have i been paying for?

I have a similar problem. I have run out of ink, no shipments are planned and I can't find a way to get on to 'chat', even though the account page suggests that what I do. Payments are still being taken, but no ink sent. What do I do now?

Finally got through to chat support via the main support page (don't follow the link from the account page it takes you nowhere).
My problem was solved by a technician who fixed a driver issue, meaning that what had looked to me like an ink issue was actaully a software issue. Took hime about 45 minutes in all but at least it's fixed now.
