How do I actually contact somebody in HP?
My account clearly shows that my Colour Ink is very low.
HP Have sent BLACK ink.
I cannot print in Colour, I have raised this twice with the virtual assistant, but they ignore my communications.
HP still take my money for a product they will not supply.
