Hi, I have been paying for my instant ink for months. But when I try signing in with my email address on HP Smart, it says I am not enrolled for instant ink. Although on my printer it says I am enrolled in instant ink. I can provide my credit card details which I have been using to pay for every month. I am not sure if I signed for instant ink with a different email address, but I am very low on ink and I need new cartridges. I also have moved to a new place so I also need to change shipping details. Any help asap would be appreciated.
