My black ink has run out for at least 2 months, and I have not received black ink refill.

I feel hard to contact live support to sort out the issues as the support is out in the weekend, and night time on weekdays.

 

Before that, I did contact live support to sort out another issue: the machine didn't properly detect black ink/cartridge, I did receive a new cartridge and it worked.

 

A mix of technical issues and also support issue, I have just decided to cancel this thing even when I still have hundreds of quota to print, which I cannot use because of the lack of black ink.

 

I am a busy person, I just want to print when I need to and don't want to spend time to deal with all these technical issues that are not my faults
