The entire HP Ink and printer systems are all outsourced by some of the most sincere and hard working people outside the USA - but HP has lost it's DNA and runs a rampant "Bait and Switch".  You will continue to have problems.  Cartridges often don't work because your printers are not their newest versions - which is now called the ALL-IN-ONE plan where they obligate you to use their printers with their ink and you're buying the ink and printer - and when it is outdated - you will pay the increased amount to keep buying the next level of printers.

- My experience has been that - THE CARTRIDGES NOT WORKING - THOUGH "SENT BY HP" - conveniently matches their timing with our printers being more than 2 years old.   MY EXPDRIENCE TOO.   They used to rob people blind with the cost of toner and ink and when they realized they couldn't anymore they linked their printers and ink to the WEB and now they are getting a great monopoly going.

I was a business owner in Boise, Idaho and had dozens of HP employees as close friends and they are good people with accountability and ethics - but the company has lost it's way.   The engineer friends I had were super conscientious about the consumer - but not any longer.    SO BUYER BEWARE.

I have 4 printers... .as of today - 3 - just cancelled one after losing about 7 months of un-used printing due to a false advertisement of HP INSTANT INK selling me an ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER ----------- - the two departments don't know what the other one is doing..... so you get transferred back and forth and each gives you a new Agent - so you lose hours between the two.   I'm searching for a better organization - which sustains their employees and connects all the transfer information between departments.    With A.I. - it's the future - and Hewlett Packard doesn't appear to be part of the future - where information is carried from one phase of customer support to the next.   WE GROW OUR FORTUNE 500 COMPANY BASED ON RELATIONSHIPS - AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUITY.   You won't get that at HP today - based on what I have experienced the past 3 years.
