I just bought a new HP printer to replace my old printer that was in the 50 pages per month plan. The new printer said it came with 6 months of instant ink. While registering the new printer with instant ink, I was ask if I was adding a new printer to the plan or replacing the one on the plan. I picked replacing, I now I don’t see where I have 6 free months on my new printer- I have the same 50 pages and still being charged monthly. I do have in email saying:
“Your special HP+ benefits are:
-Print up to 700 pages per month with automatic ink delivery included in your 6 month trial of HP Instant Ink. (If a payment method has been provided a monthly fee will be charged automatically after 6 months, unless cancelled.)
- An additional year of HP warranty2
- Special access to advanced features in your HP Smart app3”
I have everything else, but not the free 6 months. Did I do something wrong?
