Hi @Ttkayy10,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Instant Ink account was suspended and you updated the billing details, it usually takes some time for HP's system to process the update and reinstate the account. Here are a few steps to help get your account back to normal.
- Confirm Billing Update: Double-check that your payment method was successfully updated on the HP Instant Ink portal. Sometimes, payment confirmation can be delayed.
- Check Account Status: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account (HP Instant Ink login) and check the account status. If it still shows "suspended," there might be a pending balance.
- Power Cycle Printer: Restart the printer by turning it off, unplugging it for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in and turning it on. This can refresh the connection to HP's services.
- Wait for System Processing: Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for HP's system to process billing updates. Try printing after a few hours to see if the issue resolves.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
