I just have an instant ink account and in this account is registered an OfficeJet printer, if I buy a LaserJet printer I can register this new product in the same account? If yes, how does it work (I have to choose a laser print plan in addition to the traditional, with cartridge printing plan)?

Yes, you can have the Laserjet on the same account as your Officejet. I did this with a Laserjet first, and I later added a Deskjet. The billing will be separate, you will receive a separate charge for each printer each month (after any applicable free months that may apply). Be sure to check the printer you are interested in to make sure it is covered in your region under the program.
The current Laserjet Instant Ink (actually toner) programs only cover black and white printers. Go to the Instant Ink page here, then click on the Toner Plans tab to see the plans that are available. Since the plan is only black and white the prices are lower than for similar pages on the Ink Plans.
Edit - One thing I should have mentioned, the shipping address for both the ink and toner will need to be sent to the same address. You cannot have multiple addresses associated with a single account.
