So... I paid my instant ink account almost 2 weeks ago as it was long overdue and I was in desperate need to print some papers. In these 2 weeks I've had to troubleshoot what should be a basic set up of my ( what I thought ) already set up printer. I've had to uninstall the Hp smart app on every device, and do a complete reinstallation all over again. Almost an entire ream of printing paper later, and I'm finally back at square one.... BEING ASKED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT !!! Cos it's overdue. And I need to update my payment method. Oh, and update my plan. Oh and, my printer is again... off-line. 

 

Oh, YEAH !!! I forgot..... no PRINTER has been set up yet.

Please... someone tell me im NOT alone??

First off, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you’ve had. I can only imagine how infuriating it must be, especially after going through so many steps just to get your printer up and running.

 

I understand that your payment has been processed, but you’re still being asked to update your payment method and plan. This might be due to a syncing issue between your account and our system, which sometimes happens after a payment is made or if there’s any interruption in the account update process.

 

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.   

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

To locate your account, please provide

Your registered email address

Your Instant Ink account ID

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink

Confirm your address,
