I have a bit of a circling issue… HP didn’t deliver my ink on time, I have no black left, after waiting for a very time, nothing showed up, the printer hasn’t been used for this reason so somewhere along the line it had been unplugged so the printer was no longer communicating with HP instant ink. Upon checking this issue out online, HP informed me that the printer was no longer online. So I plugged back in but the printer was no longer a part of our home network. To rejoin the network, I was instructed to print off a status page and also a network setup page. You may have already spotted the issue with this… I HAVE NO INK!! I pay for ink, I need ink, I need to reconnect the printer to Hp instant ink to get ink but I need to print stuff off to enable that to happen. Vicious circle, very frustrating, desperate for this printer to be working like it should be. Please help!??
