I have the 300 page contract, but actually using the printer not such often. Last time it was printing several pages without the black - only the color part was printed (the result is not usable) - so black ink looks to be nearly empty even the printer tells me it's half full. I didn't get at black spare cardrige - and in the virtual agent in Germany the possibility to request new ink is removed! 😕
Contacting support looks to be very difficult, no email, no chat, only phone at times when I have to be in work!
Is there an other way to get in contact with the support?
Or will hp urge users to throw away printers after 3 years (warranty over) and buy a new one?

HP does not urge customers to throw away a printer just because printer is three years old.
True - Instant Ink Support might be available when it is not convenient for you.
OK - still, there is hope.

Thanks, yes I found the Whatsup No and got in contact with the support, they reacted and now I got the message that the black ink is on its way. The Whatsup option is OK and does not too much disturb when I work in the office.
