Instant ink cancellation

I have just tried to cancel my instant ink subscription as I am incensed by the 50% increase in price. To add insult to injury it appears that the instant ink cartridges that I have will cease to work from the end of the current billing cycle. So I’ve paid for them and I won’t be able to use them! Perhaps someone from HP would like to justify how they can charge for something in advance and then not allow you to use it!

I'd like to help!

HP Instant Ink is based on pages, not cartridges.

HP Instant Ink cartridges do not work after the end of your current billing period, and you are required to return them to HP. To continue printing after your billing cycle ends, make sure you have standard replacement ink cartridges ready to use in your printer
