Product: Hp envy photo 6234
Operating System: iOS
I have both black and colour instant ink cartridges installed in HP Envy 6234.  For some time now, my printer has started to display an error message which states Cartridge problem - reinstall cartridges

 

I have tried to reinstall, wipe sensors of dust etc along with other measures suggested by the web agent and online help solutions.  Nothing has worked so far. The cartridges I have are 1,5 years old. Hiw xan I get these cartridges to be replaced?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
