My printer is showing a "cartridge problem" error for my color cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website: cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, reset printer, reseated cartrided and still not working and will not print. I would like to request a new color cartridge as I don't have one and am on a subscription. I’ve sent a message to support but been told I have to put it on as a public post!! Which I find very odd as all the posts I’ve seen about this request the person message the agent direct. I can't get through to live chat or phone support.
