I received my Instant Ink replacement 63/302/65/304 black cartridge. When it came time to finally install it, I couldn't!!!! It fits into the carriage, but it's too long to shut the door and doesn't allow it to completely slide back and forth. I'm tired of being told and seeing others getting the same response: 

Larger cartridges keep shipping costs low and reduce environmental impact.

Tip: Instant Ink cartridges may look different, but they will fit your printer and last longer than store-bought ones.

 

What's the point of signing up for a service that's supposed to be more convenient and less costly when you can't use the product?!

Kindly share the images of the large cartridges which are not fitting.

Also, share the images of the previous cartridges which are working and fitting.
