one set was sent via royal mail and the other by dhl, which one did you receive?

The Royal Mail ones have just come seem to have taken it ok but then the printer was flashing this error code plz advise

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

This did not fix the problem. My printer states there is a cartridge problem still.

Just installed the tri color instant ink, printer gave no error. Seems to be just the black instant color cartridge that will not install properly.

If you have already tried 3 cartridges and the issue remains, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region for further assistance.

Sorry I’m confused by the last message that tells me to contact  the support in my country I believed that this was support for  HP instant ink and I have no idea which else support I would contact please advise as to who I should be talking too if you can not help .

I have the same problem with "cartridge incompatible". Tried updates. Opened 2 new try-colored and 2 new black ink cartridges. Finally figured out I could print with just 1 cartridge and got printer to work with tri-color. Took the black cartridges to Costco to have them check ink level before spending another $70 on new ink. Both had full ink (which they should since both new). So, purchased ANOTHER 61 black cartridge. Put in and everything seemed like it was going to work. Incompatible ink cartridge warning had disappeared.......for 30 seconds and then the same issue, incompatible. JUNK!  I received this several months ago and finally got to setting it up, now OUT OF WARRANTY.  Come on HP, why all of the issues?
