Hi, I recently received new black and colour instant ink cartridges. These are bigger and since installing them my printer will not work. It keeps giving me the message - The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly. I've reinstalled and it makes no difference. Not sure what the point of paying £2.99 a month is since I can't print! I also got a snippy message from HP saying basically that I've installed knock off cartridges. These are the cartridges sent to me by Instant Ink.
Please sort this out for me HP!!

Perform the steps from this document and keep me posted on the results.
Also, share the images of the cartridges which are not fitting and the old ones that work.
