Product: HP DeskJet 2633 All-in-One Printer

Hi

 

Instant ink sent me a tri-colour cartridge (63/302 65/304) which fits but is too long. This means I cannot close the hatch and so cannot print with the supplied cartridge.

 

The usual cartridges are 65/304.

 

I've ordered another colour cartridge, however, I suspect they'll send the same long cartridges!

 

Advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need information regarding the HP Instant Ink Cartridges. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To answer your question: When you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink the inks are usually XL( extra large) Inks. They contain more ink than standard inks. However, it will fit inside the printer.
