I paused my instant ink subscription last month, yet I still got charged in January.  Can someone point me in the right direction to speak to someone in billing?

To address any billing concerns with your HP Instant Ink subscription, including unexpected charges after pausing your subscription, it is best to speak directly with HP Instant Ink support. Here’s how you can do that:

 

Contact HP Instant Ink Support:
 


Check Your Account:
 

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account and review any recent charges or billing history.
     
  • Look for any alerts or messages that might indicate why the charge occurred.
