Hi, my printer is connected to the internet but won't connect to instant ink. I've checked web services is on (it is) and it prints remotely fine most of the time. I've now run out of ink and have no way of getting more through the plan.
It gives me the option to print the error to fix but as it has no ink this isn't an option!
Does anyone have any good ideas please?
