I am enrolled in instant ink monthly subscription. I believe there is a disconnect with them when my ink is low or out.
They advertise to send you ink before you are out.
right?
so here is the problem, I run out of ink with zero replacement cartridges. So, Unable to print properly. Sometimes all in green or just nothing at all. Unacceptable by most standards. So. . . I login and they say my ink levels are fine. NOT FINE. I have to special request new ink and wait nearly 10 days to receive it. Meanwhile, During the ship time I get an email telling me my ink is out and to replace it. As I am fully aware, it’s been out for awhile now. My question is why is there a delay and a gap of unacceptable printing with this ink service. It is feeling like a scam. I am always under the allotted printed pages each month so, not over using at all.
why is the company so behind on the ink info and replacement?
