Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8024 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Today i noticed that the 50 page plan had increased from £1.99 to £2.99.

I was not sent an email to inform me of this.

I will be using my prints and the roll over and then either reducing my plan or leaving.  How can they justify a 50% increase.

The email for the rate increase may have ended up in your Spam folder, that was the case for me.  There has been a rather extensive discussion of the increases in the forum here.
