Hi everyone,
I’m having a serious issue with my HP Instant Ink service and I’m looking for some guidance.
It seems my ink cartridges are being shipped to the wrong address. I’ve tried to resolve this through the Virtual Agent, but it doesn't understand the problem and I’ve found it impossible to get in touch with a real person for support.
On top of the shipping issue, I have a chronic shortage of yellow ink. This has consistently prevented me from printing in color. I’ve been trying to request a few extra yellow cartridges to prevent this from happening again, but due to the communication barrier with the bot, I haven't been able to make this request.
Does anyone know how I can speak to a live agent or get these two issues resolved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
