printer screen is locked and displays following message: "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink". printer is already enrolled in Instant ink.

I understand the printer screen is stuck at this error. I'd like to help!
Reinsert the ink cartridges to check if that helps.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Go to the HP Smart app and click OK. Check if you are still able to print from the computer.
Restart web services
If the error persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support
