Instant ink leaking/

While changing ink, the blue cartridge started to leak all over the printer, on my floor, on my hands and when I removed a sheet of paper, there was ink all over it. Your rep said, they would send new cartridges. I asked that they also have the printer cleaned as the ink cartridge should be responsible for the damage it caused.  I was then told because my printer was out of warranty that I would have to clean it myself. This is not an issue with the printer out of warranty, but a problem with the cartridge being faulty. I am not asking for a new printer, but just askingHP to make this right. I am an 80+ year old disabled woman and need your help. instant ink to clean their mess.
