Im trying to log into my HP account to sort out the messages Im continually receiving about needing to update my payment details. (I dont, none of my details have changed but its not allowing me to print anything until I log in) I enter username and login details, briefly get to the landing page and then immediately loop back to the login page before I can do anything. What the heck is going on ?? Its been happening for days now. And be assured, when I DO manage to log in I'll be cancelling my subscription as its just not worth the aggro

Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue logging into your Instant ink account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist you better:
- Have you tried to use a different browser?
- Do you get any error messages when you try to log in?
While you respond to that, We would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
I have sent you a private message, reply to the message with your details.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
I am an HP Employee

Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen. It sounds like you may have been calling HP Support rather than HP Instant Ink Support. HP Support would be interested in the warranty expiration for your printer, that would not be relevant to the HP Instant Ink Support.
