I no longer receive by email the monthly statements of my instant ink printed pages and subsequent charges. I could not find the page in my online account.

Hi @gonzale0,

It sounds like your HP Instant Ink account notifications may have been redirected to your spam folder or a setting was inadvertently changed in your account profile. Since HP transitioned to the "HP Smart" dashboard, the billing history and page usage data are now consolidated under a specific "Account" tab that can sometimes be tricky to locate.

  1. Locate your billing history in the HP Smart dashboard.
    • Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account using your HP credentials.
    • Click on HP Instant Ink in the left-hand menu, then select Status to see your current cycle.
    • Select Billing or Billing History from the sub-menu to view a list of all past monthly statements and charges.
  2. Update your notification and email preferences.
    • Click on the Account icon or your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
    • Select Account Settings and then navigate to Notification Preferences.
    • Ensure the box for Monthly Billing Statements is checked and verify that your primary email address is spelled correctly.
  3. Download a PDF copy of your recent statements.
    • Go back to the Billing History section where your past charges are listed.
    • Click on the specific Invoice Number or the Download icon next to the month you are missing.
    • Save the file to your computer; if the file fails to open, check if your browser is blocking pop-up windows from the HP site.

For more help navigating your account, visit the official Manage your HP Instant Ink account page.

When you log in, does your account status show as "Active," or is there a "Payment Action Required" alert visible?

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
