Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I got feedback for delay in instant ink catridges on time as a common practice, so I started following up with HP the moment when I saw the ink is low in my printer. I kept on following for more than 15 days (15 days after buying which means including followup time it became a month altogether), however I did not receive any cartridge. Everytime I call customer service for a resolution, they ordered a new one, which again never arrived to me. I confirmed my correct mailing address and correct e-mail address. The canada post tracking number uploaded in my HP Smart ink account also shows no update on delivery date. 

 

I would like to share my own experience on HP Smart ink and can suggest you that this is a waste investment. Customer care also dont have any options for resolution (as suggested by them). They never reimburse also on catridges.
