Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok so i just bought an new HP 2700 series desktop printer. I always used just the regular instant ink for my old office jet. When i switched to my new printer it gave me the option to add the paper subscription too. I figured why not its only .80cts ish more.

My question is, When do i start using the paper from the welcome kit? Right away or when my old paper runs out.

I know with the instant ink cartridges it says to wait till "low ink" then switch cartridges to the subscription ones. But what about the paper???  asking the virtual assistant did nothing. lol

One last question my new instant ink cartridges from my old printer that i havent used yet.. do i just send them right back to the company along with my used new ones ...

Thank you in advance,

Sue

Hi @SusanPardy,

I see that you are looking for information related to recycling ink cartridges.

Kindly refer to this link on how to recycle ink cartridges and let me know if that helps.

Each printer has there own subscription for both paper and ink.

So you can start your new printer subscription any time you decide.
