Solved!

Instant ink registered in web services not through app

Deskjet 3750 all-in-one
Unknown

When I was setting up my new printer yesterday, via the app, the web services weren't active as I went through the intant ink registration. It would't print the page with the code to proceed. So I needed to go to web services to get it all linked up, and it took me through the instant ink registration on there.

However, this now doesn't seem to include the 2 months free I should be getting with the printer. It says it's sending the intro pack out in 10 days, but I already have cartridges from when I bought it.

Is the best thing to cancel the web service instant ink subscription and go back through the app again and do it on there? Didn't want to just do that in case end up with no service or signed up for two subscriptions!

Many thanks.

Solved!

Instant ink registered in web services not through app

Hey there! @Paul_zz,

Please share a picture of the 2-month free trial. So we can credit you the free months to your account.

When you buy a new printer and set it up either at 123.hp.com or using the HP Smart app, you are offered a free trial of Instant Ink.
The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment.
You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.

To confirm that you received your free months:
Check the message on the Confirmation page just before you enroll, or sign into your account page at Instantink.com and find the free months under My Account > My Plan.
Free trial months are not offered when you sign up at Instantink.com – only at 123.hp.com and the HP Smart app.

Remember to take advantage of the free trial offer while you are setting up your printer!

Also, share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and help you with the issue.
