I see that you are facing issues with printing claim code.
Please refer to the instructions on this link to get the printer claim code.
- If you are prompted for additional credentials when accessing the printer homepage, check for a PIN on the printer UPC sticker or contact the printer administrator for the password.
- 1. On the credential prompt, enter admin (default) for the username.
- 2. Locate the PIN on the printer UPC sticker found on either the back of the printer or inside the cartridge access area, and then enter it.
- 3.If a PIN is not listed on the sticker or the sticker is missing, contact the printer administrator for the PIN or password.
