Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't received the instant ink cartridges and have now run out. On my account it says they were shipped on 10/9/19 but I have not received anything. This is the first time this has happened since I bought my printer. Have spent over ½ an hour trying to find a phone number to call in the UK but nothing listed under customer support tab - just opening hours. Very inconvenient as I get home around 5:30 and have wasted time looking for this number. Now that I've located the right place, there's no number. Please help.
