Hi all, I have a current instant ink subscription. My colored ink was shipped out on the 1st and isn’t scheduled to get here until the 15th. Unfortunately, I can’t wait that long since i need to print out some artwork urgently. My colored ink is fully out and i was wondering if there was anyway to get reimbursed if i have to buy ink in person because my subscription shipped out very delayed? I tried chatting with the support bot who was entirely unhelpful. Is there any way to get in touch with a live instant ink rep?
