I print sporadically, and consistently run into issues with the time instant ink takes to ship out cartridges. When it's a period that I have to print a lot, I will run fully out of ink, and hp will "process" my shipment for 6+ days before even shipping it. My printer is always connected to the internet.

My ink is usually showing up outside of their 10 day window because of this processing time and then they choose dhl. What's the deal? I have the 100 page plan and have never been able to use up all of my rollover pages because when it's a high volume month, I'm out of ink.

Will HP improve processing times? I bought this plan because of the promise of never running out of ink.

I understand you are facing Instant ink cartridge shipping issues.

 

HP Instant Ink is a subscription service for your ink. You pay a monthly fee based on how many pages you print each month. When your printer is running low on ink, HP automatically ships you new cartridges

 

HP instant ink cartridges are shipped standard and may take up to 10 days to arrive, for some. However, for most customers, it probably won't take that long. When tested, an order of instant ink cartridges arrived relatively quickly.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
