HP DeskJet 2600 All in One Printer

Hi, My Instant ink (black) is shown as sufficient but it is empty. Is there any way to order a replacement manually?

These symptoms were resolved when I replaced the ink with normal genuine black ink.

The subscription ID is [Personal Information Removed]. Thank you.

-A print quality report does not show the black part.
-The printer head was cleaned twice, deep cleaning was also carried out
-Printer head positioning was also carried out. The printed adjustment sheet does not print only black.
