  • I'm in UK and last week, I bought a hp printer envy 6132e  that come with instant ink free for 9 months. However when I try to sign up for the instant ink redirects to the US page. Meaning that I cannot insert my UK shipping address. I already called hp, spoke with three different members of staff that stated they needed to elevate the case.  

Anyone knows how can I sort this situation?  I also opened two different accounts with two different emails and still doing the same with both accounts: redirecting to the US page.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, stored data can cause issues with website functionality. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure you're accessing the most current version of the site. 

 

Use a Different Browser or Device: If the issue persists, try using a different web browser or device. Compatibility issues can sometimes cause unexpected behavior on websites. 

 

Ensure Printer Region Settings Are Correct: Check your printer's region settings to ensure it's set to the UK. Incorrect region settings can sometimes cause enrollment issues.
