I have an older HP envy 4500 e printer. I want to set it up with instant ink. However, when I try to do this when I type in the code to register it, i am presented with an error message that states " Printer Already Registered with another account" I have had this printer for around 8-9 years. I may have once tried to setup Instant ink but never followed through with it. Now I want to setup instant ink and I`m not able to. Can I correct this in any way?

I understand you are unable to enroll in the instant ink subscription.
To assist better:
- Was it enrolled and canceled previously with the same email address which you are trying to enroll?
- Have you tried to log in to the Instant Ink page to check?
You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
