HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Hi. I am a small business and have just upgraded on HP Instant ink to 100 pages, but it  includes £3.49 for paper which I do not want.

I cannot find an option for just paying £5.49 for 100 pages, anyone know how to do this?

Many thanks

Sarah

Hi @WRAPdc,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP's Instant Ink program offers both ink and paper subscriptions, but the paper subscription is optional. It sounds like you might have been automatically signed up for the paper subscription when upgrading your Instant Ink plan. If you'd prefer to pay just for ink and not for the paper, you can remove the paper subscription from your plan.

Here’s how you can remove the paper subscription.

Log into your HP Instant Ink account:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website and sign in with your account details.

Check your current plan details:

  • Once logged in, navigate to your subscription or account settings.
  • Look for a section detailing both the ink and paper subscriptions.

Edit or cancel the paper subscription:

  • Find the option related to your paper subscription (it might be under “Manage Subscription” or “Services”).
  • There should be an option to cancel or opt-out of the paper service.

Confirm changes:

  • Once you remove the paper option, your monthly fee should reflect only the cost for ink, in your case, £5.49 for 100 pages.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
