HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer

Evening, I have an orange light on the i button and an envelope with ink drop flashing on display, I’ve printed the info page, it’s saying may not be connected to instant ink, I have an instant ink account, logged into that, it’s saying printer is offline and failed to sync, the printer IS connected to wifi, sometimes won’t print at all, other times only in B&W, and I have to press the paper jam button to get it to print? Any help appreciated

Hi @AndyB17,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're facing multiple issues with your HP DeskJet 2632 All-In-One Printer. Let's try to troubleshoot these issues step by step.

  1. Check Internet Connection:

    • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
    • Verify that your internet connection is stable.
  2. Restart Your Printer:

    • Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
    • Wait for the printer to initialize and check if the issues persist.
  3. Check Instant Ink Status:

    • Log in to your Instant Ink account online and verify if your printer is listed and connected.
    • If your printer is not listed or not connected, follow the instructions to set it up.
  4. Update Firmware:

    • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware. You can check for firmware updates on the HP support website.
  5. Check for Paper Jams:

    • Open the printer and check for any paper jams. Clear any jams if found.
  6. Reset Instant Ink Connection:

    • In some cases, disconnecting and reconnecting the Instant Ink service might help.
    • Go to the Instant Ink website, sign in, and remove your printer. Then, add it back and follow the instructions.
  7. Reinstall Printer Drivers:

    • Uninstall the printer drivers on your computer and reinstall them from the official HP website. Ensure you download the latest drivers compatible with your operating system.
  8. Check Ink Levels:

    • Make sure that your ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Replace any empty or low cartridges.
  9. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

    • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the HP website. It can help diagnose and resolve common printing problems.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
