I have enrolled with instant ink with a plan of 100 pages per month since my office doesn't print much in a month. But to my suprisse I have received an email from HP warning me that I only have 10 pages left. Went to check printing history and page showed me that my office printed 51 pages in one day! This is impossible.
But then the same mysterious thing happened one week later with the exact same page count - 51.
Also the page shows me that printer was printing on days where there was no-one in the office.
Since it's impossible to contact any form of support in Netherlands so I got in touch with support via Whatsapp that uses dutch name, dutch phone number BUT, interestingly, they offer support only for UK and Ireland. So they gave me about 7 phone numbers from which none worked.
And so here I am hoping some HP agent (not that useless virtual agent) will spot this comment and help out.
I just don't get it if Instant ink service is so faulty why it doesn't have any support line!?
