I have two printers , an officejet 3830 at my home in California and a deskjet 2755e in Georgia. Both are enrolled in instant ink. I have to purchase my own ink, because they keep sending the wrong cartridges to California, and the wrong cartridges to Georgia. I try to call while I am in California, but support is always closed for us here. When I call in Georgia, they have no idea how to help me. I pay each month the privilege of getting the wrong cartridges so I have to purchase my own cartridges.
