If you have a Deskjet 3630, Deskjet 3700 or Deskjet 2600 printer, you can only produce the claim code by printing the page. If only one cartridge is empty, remove it and try to print the page with the remaining cartridge.

 

=> Both are ran out. What can I do?

Do you have an HP Connected account to which you can log in?

 

If no, you may have to purchase one cartridge and print the claim code to enroll for HP Instant Ink. After the enrollment is complete, you will be shipped with a set of ink cartridges.
