Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So instant ink sent me non working ink cartridges. I contacted them and they said they would ship a replacement  with 2 day delivery. It's been 3 weeks and I got nothing.. I have been emailing and no one responds. I have called and they always say the samething. It will arrive soon. I have contacted them on Facebook and all they do is send me instructions on how to install the ink that I don't even have yet! Not even doing a complaint with the BBB has helped. Is there not a way to contact corporate?? This is the 2 ND time this has happened! They literally have no costumer service.
