Printer arrived I’ve set it up I can print from my phone and connected to the internet but can’t get to enrol for instant ink asking for code That I’ve tried for the last 4 hours and twenty pages later no code printed network page off that tells me they I’ve got a connection but still no code , why does t this just come In the paperwork on purchase in the pack so much easier , please help I’m getting my hair off now 🤗

@Cazza1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

 I see that you're unable to claim the printer and enroll in the HP Instant Ink program, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer? to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
