I am sure this comes up a lot but finding a solution is proving so frustrating. My new probter, received today, says 4 free months of instant ink but when I signed up I only got 1. Is this fixable? I already abandoned transferring my old account because the transfer process wouldn't work with my new printer so this is turning into a really poor user experience. Given both printers were in the same app, not sure why I was sent around in so many frustrating circles. Anyway, I digress. How can I get my 3 promised extra months added to my account?
