I bought my printer, I was put under the impression that I was going to get 6 months of free instant ink subscription. But I was told today b customer service that I was only given two months free. But on my HP smart account, I am still seeing that I have two more months free, because it says that I won't be charged until September. So what am I missing between what my account is saying and what customer service is saying? I can show proof b screenshot if needed
