I have had this issue for several weeks now. Both my printers are permanently online. All the sudden one printer showed printed pages during a day I did not print at all.

As a result I got extra credits.  I printed about 50-60 pages out of 80 plus 150 available rollover pages. This billing cycle the printer stated that I printed 80 out of 80 and 78 of 150 my rollover pages. I did not print that much, had no copies, no faxes, no double or triple counted aborted jobs.

When chatting with customer support in an endless chat, the agent (jonalyn javien) aborted the chat in the middle of the conversation. No ticket, no history of the chat. 

I feel the page count is absolutely wrong, and fraudulent.  I am inclined to toss both HP printers and go back to Canon or Epson.

anybody else having similar experience?

Anand, I responded to your PM with another PM. This process is time-consuming and not a positive experience when the support agent is disconnecting without a decent warning lead time
