Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Can you please help me set up instant ink as I need more cartridges?
Thanks.
I have also tried the mobile app and the Mac OS app and I get this error message. I have also tried two different cards. What does this mean? Why is there not an explanation?

This problem seems to be really common, and the only response is "DM us." That's absurd. I finally sucked it up and decided to enroll in Instant Ink today, only to get stuck here like all these other folks - and these tickets go back years. Even if "DM us" is the ultimate solution, the least you HP drones could do would be to give us an idea of WHY we need to DM you, because you obviously have a couple of ideas in mind about what it could be. For now, I guess I'm just going to do what I've been doing and order chinese refills from Amazon, since at least those guys have responsive support for their crap products.
