I am setting up a new OfficeJet Pro 9019 and trying to subscribe to InstantInk. My HP account was originally incorrectly set up locating me in the US (default?) but I have corrected this to be UK. However when I try and subscribe to InstantInk, I keep getting redirected to a US HP InstantInk website so unable to complete the registration as it only accepts US address/currency. I contacted HP support but they were unable to help me. Any ideas on how to convince the HP sign up process that I am UK resident?

@Gurglephut, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink as it is not accepting the UK address.
Make sure the date and time on the computer are set right. Follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

I spoke with an HP agent who investigated my account and we worked through several solutions that had worked for him where customers had similar issues, but to no avail. To resolve, I set up a new InstantInk account on a different email I have and this worked fine. I had been worried about doing this in case my new printer was associated to my old email address, but the HP agent talked me through disconnecting my printer from my original account within the HPSmart website and the new registration worked perfectly first time.
Thank you for your responses to my issue.
