HP could do better, if you are so particular about how instantink works, please update your SLA/rules in a way to support the downtime on your website.

 

My printer won't let me print asking to update, a piece of outdated payment information, however, the instant ink website is down at the moment. what is your say on this ??? how do I print now.

I have the same exact problem. HP holding my machine hostage until I update the payment. I’m afraid to cancel now because I’ve seen stories on here where people canceled InstantInk and bought normal OEM cartridges that no longer work and still ask you to go to HP Instant ink. I will be gathering other plaintiffs and organizing a class action suit.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I see that the Instant Ink website is back on track. Kindly check the same.

To change the payment method on your HP Instant Ink account-

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. Open Account or My Account from the left menu.

  3. Click Billing or Billing Information, and then click Change Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.

  • If you have trouble loading or submitting your billing information on the Instant Ink website, make sure you are using Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge.
